All products, which you can buy in T-ERA electronic shop, comes with one-year warranty, if there is not stated otherwise in product description.
Warranty is valid IF the proof of purchase is included and provided to seller.
Warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
Warranty does not cover:

• breakage due to improper installation;
• improper use;
• handling or operation of the product as referred to in the users' manual and/or relevant user instructions;
• repairs or modifications carried out without written seller’s permission or at a service centre not authorized seller;
• corrosions, dirt, water or sand damages;
• situation, when not original packaging of the product is used when returning it to the seller.
• Impacts, accidents, disasters or any cause beyond the control of seller.

When package is delivered, buyer, before accepting it and signing documents must make sure, that package is not damaged. If package looks like it has been tampered with or damaged during shipping proccess, do not sign. If you act and accept package like that all responsibility for damage will be yours and warranty will not be valid.
